Shots fired! Bayern Munich warns Arsenal on Twitter
Football Betting – Bayern Munich have sent out a warning over Twitter to Arsenal ahead of next week’s Champions League round of 16 draw.
The Gunners finished top of their group with a commanding 4-1 win over Basel yesterday and Ludogorets’ 2-2 stalemate against PSG.
Fans were elated with the possibilities that this presented for the competition, looking to finally dodge a European heavyweight in the next stage for the first time in six seasons.
However, a second placed finish for the Bavarians in the group could mean a fifth clash in six iterations of the tournament for Arsene Wenger’s men and the Bundesliga giants.
Bayern used social media to fire a warning shot at their potential opponents yesterday, replying to a tweet from the Arsenal account celebrating their Group Stage achievement.

Die Roten were responsible for Arsenal’s exit in the round of 16 during both the 2013 and 2014 seasons, also registering a 5-1 victory when they met in a group game last year.
